Retained or project-based solutions
Relationships are at the heart of business.
Nosotros is most commonly engaged on a retained basis, allowing time for the relationship to grow and deliver maximum impact and results. Ideally, we want to be really getting under the skin of your business, so that we can fully understand the challenges you face and advise on the best solutions. An ongoing, retained relationship gives us the best opportunity to achieve this.
However, in our experience most engagements begin with an ad-hoc, project-based, piece of work: a challenge or opportunity from which greater collaboration naturally flows. This is a useful way for us to get to know each other and, above all, for us to prove our worth to you without a large commitment on your behalf.
